Halcyon Health came to us as a telehealth scale-up preparing to enter three new markets with a fragmented brand and a marketing site that couldn’t keep pace.

The challenge

The work began with a hard look at what was getting in the way. Halcyon Health had momentum, but the experience around it wasn’t carrying its weight — and the gap was costing the business in ways that were easy to measure and easy to ignore.

What we did

We rebuilt the identity from the positioning up, then shipped a modular marketing site that let the team launch market-specific pages without engineering.

Every decision was tested against a single question: does this move the metric that matters? We worked closely with the team, shipped in tight increments, and kept the focus on outcomes rather than output.

The result

The numbers told the story — sign-ups climbed 212% in the first two quarters after launch. More importantly, the team left with a system they could keep building on long after the engagement ended.
