Atlasware

Redesigning a logistics SaaS dashboard around the workflows teams actually use.

Halcyon Health project

Atlasware came to us as a logistics SaaS dashboard that had accumulated features faster than it had clarity, frustrating the teams who relied on it daily.

The challenge

The work began with a hard look at what was getting in the way. Atlasware had momentum, but the experience around it wasn’t carrying its weight — and the gap was costing the business in ways that were easy to measure and easy to ignore.

What we did

We mapped the real workflows, cut what nobody used, and rebuilt the interface around the decisions operators make every shift.

Every decision was tested against a single question: does this move the metric that matters? We worked closely with the team, shipped in tight increments, and kept the focus on outcomes rather than output.

The result

The numbers told the story — product NPS moved from 31 to 62 within six months. More importantly, the team left with a system they could keep building on long after the engagement ended.
